To stay only with the stories you care most, use Following feed only.

You can also enable notifications for "Posts from people I follow" this way Nattch will let you know when someone you follow shares something, and when you enter Nattch you will see only that story. This way you can stop checking your phone every 5 minutes.


The minute you join the app don’t forget to check your Following Feed, the admin left something there for you to see ;)
